Georgia High Schools | State Step Championship
I (Parent/Guardian) of Minor understand that Georgia High Schools State Step Competition otherwise known as GHSSSC from time to time produces promotional material relating to its competition. I understand that as participant and/or spectator at the competition that Minor may be included in videotapes, dvd's, website or photographs taken during the Event. I (Parent/Guardian) hereby give my consent on behalf Minor grant to GHSSSC, its successors, assignees, licensees, sponsors, any television networks, and all other commercial exhibitors the exclusive right to photograph and or videotape Minor and utilize such videotapes and photographs and Minor's name, face likeness, voice and appearance as a part of the competition or in any other media, in advertising and promoting the competition and promoting similar future events or in advertising and promotions relating to GHSSSC without reservations and limitations. I waive any right to inspect or approve the programs, copies thereof and any promotional materials related to GHSSSC.
I hereby give my consent for the for the image and likeness of GHSSSC to be videotaped, audio taped, or photographed for publications such as recruiting brochures, newsletters, website and magazines, and to use my name/and or photographs on display boards, and to use my name and/or photographs in electronic versions of the same publications or on the State Step Championship website or other electronic forms or media.
